Company philosophy

In the 1980s, recognizing the bottlenecks faced by Taiwan’s small and medium-sized enterprises in the international market, the government advocated the establishment of major trading companies and business consulting agencies. This initiative aimed to harness more professional talent and substantial funding to actively develop international trade. In alignment with this policy, Union Chinese was established in 1985 as a business consulting organization for overseas Chinese around the world.

As Taiwan progressively stepped onto the world stage, diligently creating a globally renowned economic miracle, it also spurred unprecedented prosperity in Taiwan’s consumer market. Renowned international companies flocked to Taiwan to explore new business opportunities. In response, our company transitioned into a marketing agency, focusing on the Taiwanese market. We integrated a team with strong marketing planning and business promotion capabilities to provide consumers with a more comprehensive and high-quality lifestyle experience.

Over the past two decades, under the philosophy of sustainable management, our company has maintained a high spirit of relentless effort and an undaunted spirit of entrepreneurship, consistently upholding a good reputation in the industry. Currently, our company’s marketing network spans all of Taiwan and has bases overseas, maintaining long-term close cooperative relationships with many internationally renowned companies. We distribute various branded products, including foreign liquors, sorghum wines, wines, health wines, and medicinal wines, widely acclaimed by manufacturers, clients, and the market for our professional marketing capabilities and channel expansion experience. As Taiwan enters a new era of more intense competition and diversified quality in consumerism, our company will continue to uphold our founding purpose and professional strengths, playing the role of a bridge, creating mutually beneficial opportunities for product suppliers, channel operators, and the consuming public in this new century!

Large-Scale Professional Logistics Centers

To enhance distribution efficiency and service customers throughout Taiwan, Union Chinese has established large-scale professional warehousing and logistics centers in both the northern and southern regions. The Taoyuan warehouse covers an area of approximately 4,173 square meters, while the Kaohsiung and Luzhu warehouses occupy about 1,100 square meters. These warehousing and logistics centers are equipped with constant temperature and low-temperature air-conditioned storage facilities, allowing for precise control over all aspects of inventory management, including quality inspection of incoming goods, quantity verification, shipment control, vehicle dispatching, and stocktaking. The warehousing and logistics centers are capable of meeting various customer needs, including product repackaging services such as gift boxes, promotional items, and marketing packages.

KA Team

Acting as the intermediary between special sales clients and Union Chinese, they assist in advancing business initiatives. Their responsibilities include representing Union Chinese in negotiations and discussions with special sales clients, which involves negotiating and drafting annual trade agreements with special sales clients, managing the launch of new products, creating and executing promotional strategies, as well as addressing customer complaints, and facilitating product exchanges. Moreover, they take an active role in understanding market trends and end-consumer demands, identifying new business opportunities, and devising and implementing marketing campaigns. This approach requires them to stay informed about market developments and consumer preferences to pinpoint potential avenues for growth and innovation.

MIT Commercial Team

They are responsible for servicing the sales outlets they oversee. Their tasks include organizing and maintaining the product displays of Union Chinese, understanding the inventory of the store to recommend orders, enhancing the execution of promotional schemes, surveying the distribution rate, and maintaining customer relationships. Additionally, they conduct market research and gather business intelligence, providing valuable feedback for decision-making and negotiation processes in relevant departments. They also assist in managing returns from one-time logistics customers and support marketing activities. This role requires a keen understanding of both product management and customer engagement to effectively drive sales and maintain client satisfaction.
